This project is a testament to happens when live action, CGI and AI unite.

The ad was shot on green screen, and all the environments and elements were crafted by the talented CG artists at Abyss Digital. I added the changing textures you can see across the buildings, spaceships and other objects, using AnimateDiff and Runway Video-to-Video, adding a layer of dynamic detail and otherworldliness.

There’s a lot of talk about AI replacing live action or CGI, or just using AI to cut costs. But that approach completely misses the point; this project shows how all these different techniques can combine to bring out the best parts of each other.
